Affiliate Terms & Conditions
1. No Self-Promotion
Affiliates are prohibited from using their own affiliate links for personal purchases. Any commissions generated from such activities will be voided.
2. Adherence to Guidelines
Affiliates agree to comply with all Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines and local laws when promoting our products. This includes transparently disclosing the affiliate relationship in all promotions.
3. Marketing Conduct
The use of negative language in promotional materials is strictly forbidden. Examples include, but are not limited to, phrases like “Is HOJNY Succulents a SCAM - Review”. Violations will result in immediate termination from the program.
4. Intellectual Property
Affiliates must not create any social media pages, channels, websites, or any digital presence that uses the ‘HOJNY Succulents’ brand name or any close variants, such as HojnySucculentPlants.com, to avoid customer confusion and protect our intellectual property. Violators will have their affiliate accounts terminated.
5. No Competing Advertising
Affiliates are not permitted to use the ‘HOJNY Succulents’ brand name, or any derivatives thereof, in any paid advertising channels, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other social media ads. This policy is in place to prevent competition against Hojny Succulents' own advertising efforts and to maintain brand integrity.
6. Payment and Reporting
Commissions are calculated monthly and paid out the first week of the following month via PayPal. Affiliates must have a valid PayPal account to receive payments. All sales and commissions are tracked through the affiliate dashboard.
7. Termination
HOJNY Succulents reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation in the program at any time without prior notice for violation of these terms.
