Can I get a phytosanitary certificate for my order?
Yes, you can get a certificate for an additional $25 per order (not per item). Phytosanitary certificate is a must for all countries outside of EU.

How much is the shipping?
We offer FREE trackable worldwide shipping via regular mail for orders above $300. For orders below $300, it costs between $20-$30 depending on weight and size. Other shipping services (such as EMS) are available at extra cost.
How can I check the status of my order?
After we've shipped your order, you will receive an email containing the tracking number of your order. Once you have the number, we recommend using a service like 17track.net to check on the status of the delivery or tracking your order directly on our website here.
When will my order ship?
Every order is shipped within 3 business days of order confirmation. Please note that issuing a phytosanitary certificate delays the shipping by up to two weeks. You will get notified by email once your order has been shipped.
